Vague references are My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth or Deerhunter, for genre terms you would have to reach deep into the neologism box: Could this be Shoegaze-Psychedelic, Kraut-Punk or Wrecking Ball-Slag? No idea. But what is certain is that with “Noise Between The Shades” an album is released that has the power to reach far beyond the German-speaking region.
