Join us on Wednesday 20^th May @ 6:30pm as we play the new album ‘Blue Morpho’ from Ed O’Brien, ahead of its 22^nd May release date. All attendees will get free prints and stickers, and anybody preordering the album on the day will also get an exclusive tote bag. Attendees will also have the opportunity to preorder a very limited edition hand-stamped white label of the album, that will only be available from participating shops.

The listening party is a free and all ages event.

Ed O’Brien, the acclaimed guitarist and singer-songwriter known for his role in Radiohead, announces Blue Morpho, his absorbing second solo album and first under his own name. Written during lockdown and recorded at The Church Studio, London and Seven Sound in Wales, the album captures reflection, healing, and acceptance, blending hypnotic psych-folk, jazz, trip-hop, radiant guitars, and rich rhythm sections. Produced by Paul Epworth with additional production from Riley MacIntyre and mixed by Ben Baptie, it features contributions from Shabaka Hutchings, Dave Okumu, Philip Selway, and The Tallinn Chamber Orchestra. A companion short film, Blue Morpho: The Three Act Play, will be released as part of the campaign.
