15 years on from it’s initial release Hey Mercedes’ banger of a debut Everynight Fire Works has been re-issued by Run For Cover Records on limited edition colour double vinyl. The band formed out of the break-up of the excellent 90’s emo-rock band Braid featuring 3 of the 4 members. Everynight Fire Works progressed the emo-influenced grit of Braid and fine tuned the production to create something that smacks you in the face with every instrument. The result is a loud-as-hell fist-pumping head-banging shout-along epic of a record. Best enjoyed drunk with best friends late at night as you jump around your kitchen (which may have been the case with us on a few occasions).
